Prices
We charge 350 euros a week, including utilities like gas and electricity. There is a 25-euro surcharge per person for groups of over two people. We recommend that guests visiting during the summer months make their reservations well in advance.
Reservations
A reservation is only binding after 50% of the rental price has been paid. We send a rental agreement to all guests, including a description of terms and conditions. The remaining 50% of the rental price is due four weeks prior to the beginning of the rental period.
